Kasey Farriba is the Chief People Officer at Corinthian Capital Partners, where she leads the people function with genuine enthusiasm for what she does best — building. Whether it’s building teams, cultures, systems, or companies, Kasey brings the same energy and intentionality to every facet of the people function, ensuring that Corinthian and its portfolio companies have the talent, structure, and culture to grow.
Prior to joining Corinthian, Kasey served as Director of People Operations at Groth, Makarenko, Kaiser and Eidex, where she led organizational design, full-cycle talent acquisition, people systems, and compliance across the employee lifecycle. Earlier, she built and led the people function at adtechnacity, growing headcount by 75% in ten months while establishing a culture defined by camaraderie and high performance. Her career also includes technical sourcing at Meta and over nine years running hireguide, her own resume writing and career coaching practice, where she served more than 200 clients and delivered workshops sponsored by Uber and Coca-Cola.
Kasey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Georgia. She is also a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and speaks Spanish.
Outside of work, Kasey is an avid traveler and concertgoer who has visited over 40 countries and is always planning the next trip.
